At Nirbaan, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully curate our products and ensure quality checks, but if there’s an issue with your order, we offer exchanges only under specific conditions.
1. Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or not as described
- You contact us within 5–7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories
⚠️ Please Note:
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances
- Change of mind exchanges are not accepted
- Certain products (e.g., personal care items, intimate wear) are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons
2. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please email us at advcharanjeet.kaur@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for exchange
- Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 5–7 business days.
3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If not, shipping costs for returning the product and sending the replacement will be the customer’s responsibility.
