  • All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Since we operate on a dropshipping model, shipping times may vary depending on the product and supplier location.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    7–15 business days (India & most international locations)
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Note: Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments if products are sourced from different suppliers.

3. Delivery Delays

Delivery might be delayed due to:

  • High demand or peak seasons
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Natural calamities or logistics disruptions

We appreciate your patience and assure you we’re working to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

4. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Nirbaan is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at advcharanjeet.kaur@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

6. International Shipping (Optional)
